Mission
To ensure that every healthcare and wellness journey we enable is ethical, transparent, and responsibly managed — delivering outcomes that respect patient trust, clinical integrity, and long-term wellbeing.
About Earth Abroad
We exist to bring ethics, transparency, and structure into international patient journeys. No patient travels alone.
To ensure that every healthcare and wellness journey we enable is ethical, transparent, and responsibly managed — delivering outcomes that respect patient trust, clinical integrity, and long-term wellbeing.
To move medical tourism away from transactional travel models toward accountable, patient-first healthcare coordination.

Meet the Founder
Founder & CEO
Medical tourism, done responsibly, is one of the most meaningful forms of care that can be extended across borders. I have always believed this work has to be patient-first by structure — auditable, accountable, human — not patient-first only in marketing copy. That belief is the architecture of Earth Abroad.
— Utkarsh Kolhe
Utkarsh founded Earth Abroad on a single conviction: that international healthcare deserves the same discipline and accountability that the best industries apply to themselves. Where the medical tourism market has historically optimised for enquiries and volume, he believes the next era of this industry belongs to operators who can be measured on patient outcomes.
That conviction sits on a deliberate academic foundation — a Bachelor's in Travel & Tourism Management from Amity University, an MSc in Responsible Tourism Management from Leeds Beckett University in the UK, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Tourism from Symbiosis International University, Pune. In 2026 he qualified as a GSTC-certified auditor for the Hotels Industry Standard — the global benchmark for sustainable-tourism compliance. He also sits on the Tourism & Hospitality Committee of MACCIA.
Earth Abroad is the operating expression of those standards: a facilitation company built around accountability to the patient, not around volume.
The People Behind the Care

Branding & Communications
A graphic designer and content strategist, Anuradha shapes how Earth Abroad shows up to the world — across branding, digital content, and social media. She is the reason our patients feel something before they ever speak to us.

Web Development & Digital
Shivam builds and scales the Earth Abroad web presence. A Google-certified expert, he leads on website development, Google Business, and SEO — making sure patients searching for help actually find us.
How We Operate
Most medical tourism platforms list hospitals and step away. We do the opposite — we stay with you.
Only JCI- and NABH-accredited hospitals. No exceptions, no shortcuts.
The person who answers your first message is still with you ninety days after treatment.
Every cost, every inclusion, every limitation — disclosed upfront in writing.
Every case is triaged with the same rigour a hospital would apply.
Visa, legal, insurance, and consent — embedded into the journey, not handed back to the patient.
We measure ourselves on completed, successful cases. Not enquiries. Not leads.
A dedicated care manager will review your case and send you a personalised treatment plan within 24 hours. No fees. No commitment.
Your details are never shared with third parties.
