Earth Abroad provides medical travel coordination services. This includes matching patients with accredited hospitals, coordinating logistics, and providing ongoing support throughout the treatment journey. Earth Abroad is a coordination and facilitation service — we are not a medical provider and do not provide clinical advice or treatment.

Earth Abroad does not provide, recommend or endorse any specific medical treatment for any individual patient.

No Guarantee of Medical Outcomes

Earth Abroad coordinates access to accredited medical facilities and qualified professionals. We do not and cannot guarantee any specific medical outcome. Medical procedures carry inherent risks that are managed by the treating hospital and its clinical team.

Patient Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete medical and personal information
• Disclose all relevant medical history to your treating hospital
• Follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by your medical team
• Obtain any necessary travel insurance before your journey
• Confirm visa requirements for your destination country

Fees and Payments

Earth Abroad's coordination service is provided at no direct cost to patients. We receive a coordination fee from our partner hospitals. All treatment costs are paid directly to the hospital. The cost breakdown provided in your treatment plan represents the full price you will pay to the hospital — we do not add hidden charges.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Earth Abroad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the medical treatment received at partner hospitals. Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the coordination fees received in connection with the relevant patient journey.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.
